What procedures do you perform?

I perform a blend of functional and cosmetic facial plastic procedures as well as general ENT as well! Please see the surgical services and non-surgical service pages for more complete information.

Does insurance cover any treaments?

Yes, I will submit to insurance if there is a functional aspect to the procedure or surgery. This includes cases for rhinoplasty, botox for TMJ or facial paralysis, scar revisions, osteoma removals, keloid removals, lipoma removal, skin cancer reconstructions, upper blepharoplasty and more.

Do you offer financing for cosmetic surgery or procedures?

Yes, we do offer financing through Cherry for surgical procedures. This does not require a hard credit check and is user friendly and only takes a few seconds to see the amount your approved for!

Do you perform procedures in office?

Yes, certain procedures such as upper blepharoplasty, scar revisions, keloid removal, osteoma removal, lipoma removal, chin liposuction and injectables such as botox, filler and kybella are all performed in the office. For procedures that require surgical treatment, Baylor Southlake Surgicare ambulator surgery center is used.

Do you charge a consultation fee?

If your consult includes a functional aspect there is no consultation fee. However, if it is strictly a cosmetic consultation then there is a $50 consult fee. For botox or filler injections, there is a $25 deposit to hold your appointment time but that is applied toward your cost of treatment.
